5 Logo's

Amazons logo is simple and the yellow arrow is a recognizable characteristic of the company. I think the fact that it is in lower case letters is also distinctive because it isn't too abrasive. The company name itself, to an outsider, would draw interest into what the company is even about, and is appropriate for its target audience of consumers with discretionary income who want products fast.

The Android logo is special to me because I am one of the few who do not have an apple iPhone. I think the Android target audience is for people who are more into the technical side of cell phones, with multiple functions for file saving, downloads, and different apps. I think it does a good job at targeting that audience because it is a little green robot, which can be identifiable to someone that likes technology.

Baskin Robbins targets consumers with children or just children in general. Their known for ice cream and the colors/font of this logo capture the attention and childlike appeal to their consumers. Since BR is under the Dunkin' franchise I think that it does a good job at pairing the children with Baskin Robbins and the parents get to enjoy a Dunkin' Coffee.
DODGE's company's motto is to "Grab Life By The Horns", revealing their target audience is those who are ambitious, hardworking and generally blue collar. The red ram is an identifiable symbol of the company and grabs the attention of its audience with its red color. The border around the ram is odd, but I see that it is on all of their cars so I understand it now.

I particularly like this logo, the soft colors and shading of LG's logo definitely stands out in my opinion. Intertwining the LG with the smiley face is a unique way in expressing the company's motto of "Life's Good". I do not think that an outsider would actually get the company's aim of selling electronics and smart phones, but once you realize that, it makes sense that smartphones are supposed to bring convenience and happiness to its consumers.
